Follow the path along the cliff with uninterrupted views to the sea, and you will arrive at Fira – the bustling capital of the Island in less than 15 minutes. Fira town can also be accessed in less than two minutes by bus, private car or taxi which we can arrange for you day and night. Follow the path in the opposite direction and you will arrive at the beautiful traditional village of Oia.

THE ISLAND OF SANTORINI

The Caldera – a seven mile crater enclosed by the two arms of the crescent – serves as the harbor of Santorini and is one of its most defining features. Wines of the Region are dry with mineral overtones, with the exception of Vinsanto which is the dessert wine of Santorini which is well known as it is also the wine of the Holy Communion. Travel to Santorini by Air

The Santorini International Airport boasts frequent connections with direct flights to and from El. Venizelos Athens Airport quite frequently all year round.

Nonstop air transport to Santorini is also avaialble from many of the largest cities in Europe during the summer months. Flights through discount airlines as well as charter services are available too.

Travel to Santorini by Sea

Not as fast as a flight, sea travelling can be more affordable and above all much more rewarding in views and experiences. The Blue Star Ferries slow boats (nine hours travel time) depart daily, all year round, from Piraeus Athens’ Port while the Hellenic Sea Ways High Speed ferries (five hours travel time) depart daily from April to October. Travel between the Islands

If you are in a mood for some island hopping, the best way to do it is through Sky Express small Jets, flying from late May to early September. Alternatively you may opt for the classic Hellenic Sea Ways Flying Catamarans (Flying Cats), in operation from late April to early October.

A driver will be waiting for you at your point of arrival, carry your luggage and drive you to your suite so that you can relax and get ready for a unique experience. Directions from the Airport

Exiting the airport grounds, take a left towards the capital, Fira.
After 3km you will reach an intersection by the Messaria village, where you will turn right.
Fira is located approximately 4km from this point.
Once you reach Fira area, turn left before the Health Center and pass through the main square of Fira.
Follow the signs for Firostefani, Imerovigli and Oia and keep heading straight.
One kilometer after Firostefani village you see the Saint Nicolas monastery on your left – a big white church with a blue dome – Turn left on the hotel’s sign.
Park your vehicle and after this point, continue walking and consult the provided map of Imerovigli to locate the hotel.
The best to do, is to have informed us of your arrival ahead of time, and a bellboy will be waiting you on the main road, to guide you and carry your luggage all the way to your room!

Directions from the Port

Upon your arrival you will realise that you are in the heart of the Caldera.
Follow the serpentine road to the top of the hill, where you will then take a left towards the capital, Fira, located just 5km away.
Once you reach Fira area, turn left before the Health Center and pass through the main square of Fira.
